CGC IMPACT ON CAMPUS
SOUTHERN OREGON
SPRING 2022: CGC was invited to produce a tailored online Conversations Journey for Southern Oregon University's Professional Development course offerings to the local business community. In the same time frame, CGC was invited to a wilderness retreat at Buckhorn Springs to provide student scholars from the University of Virginia a customized Conversations Journey experience.
MEASURABLE RESULTS:
We learned how to flex the CGC Conversations Journey experience to accommodate priorities, interests and needs of audiences ranging from university students to small business owners and CEOs. The university was able to leverage the value of our Conversations Journey Professional Development facilitation to engage local business leaders in positive discourse around issues of race, economics and equity.

STUDENT RETREAT EXPERIENCE:
During a wilderness retreat at Buckhorn Springs, student scholars from the University of Virginia were immersed in a group learning Conversations Journey and exposed to new paradigm-shifting knowledge, sparking hours of high energy engagement and productive dialogue. Students also received CGC participant handbooks that contained a summary of reference materials.
LESSONS FROM OUR CLIENTS
CGC is learning from our clients in a reciprocal process with every Conversations Journey. Since each audience is unique (even with the same clients) every engagement provides its own enrichment of perspectives, ideas, insights and inquiries that cannot be scripted or predicted. The common denominator is that we are there to experience the learning process of each audience, the paradigm shifts, the epiphanies, the debates, the joy and laughter, elevated energy and occasional pain. Through it all, we too, are on a learning journey. And we're excited to encapsulate it in a way that we can share it with everyone. Standby. .
