Team Green Ventures LLC is the company doing business as Common Ground Conversations (CGC). It is a for-profit educational consulting company that provides group facilitation and strategic consulting services for governments, nonprofit groups, businesses and institutions.
CGC clients are both repeat clients and offer referrals to other clients, which is demonstrated proof of positive impact. CGC also provides each participating group in our Conversations Journey® process a Baseline Survey at the outset and a Reflective Survey at the end. Participants do not have to share the results of either with anyone. These surveys help individuals assess their own personal change based on the immersive learning experience. We ask participants to voluntarily complete an online feedback form. The overwhelming feedback we receive confirms the high level of positive impact of our Conversations Journey® process.
A typical Conversations Journey® process is an interactive immersive group learning experience that requires a half-day (4-hour) engagement, usually followed by a half-day (4-hour) CGC Activities Workshop. These two engagements may be on the same day or split across two days. The client provides both the audience and the A/V capable space for the convening. The audience is usually limited to 32-36 participants to ensure maximum engagement and active participation. Ideal audience size is 24.
CGC has a track record of success with clients online and in-person. We can accommodate clients online with a maximum group size of 30. We have facilitated Zoom Conversation Journeys with multiple clients with consistent results.
Absolutely. We recommend an Activities Workshop following a Conversations Journey® process because the overwhelming response following the Journey is a desire to implement in some way the new paradigm-shifting knowledge and elevated energy to apply new knowledge in a positive and constructive manner. But we have had clients who requested the Conversations Journey® process for all their staff and employees without the Activities Workshop. We are happy to accommodate those requests, understanding that budgets and scheduling logistics often limit the capacity of some clients.
